Open Water Rescue School

The New Jersey State Police Marine Services Bureau in conjunction with the South Jersey Lifeguard Chiefs’ Association and the Wildwood Beach Patrol will be conducting Open Water Rescue School on June 22nd and June 24th through June 26th, 2009, 8AM – 4PM at the U.S. Coast Guard Base, Cape May, NJ; Holly Beach Volunteer Fire Company, Wildwood, NJ; and Wildwood Beach Patrol Headquarters, Wildwood, NJ. New Website!

Today, the South Jersey Lifeguard Chiefs' Association launched it's new website. The idea of creating a website for the SJLCA has been discussed at meetings for the past few years, and this year, Lou Cirelli, President of the South Jersey Lifeguard Chiefs' Association, decided to bring in the 2009 season with a website that promotes the mission of the SJLCA. The concept, photos and coding were done by Justin Beerley (WBP).
